I didn't weigh in yesterday. It was a "bye week".
I also haven't exercised since Monday's aerobics class. :( But I will be at my aerobics class in the morning!

I've been doing my classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings (just haven't been blogging about them), in case you were wondering...
Tonight I went to the gym and did intervals on the treadmill. Not my 1 minute switches, but 3 min walk @ 4.0MPH/1 min jog @ 6.0MPH. I was tired. It was late. It was all I could do. But I did 6.0 instead of the 5.3/5.4 I had been doing. I need to get back on the treadmill more often. Maybe that will help me get past this 230lb wall I just haven't been able to get over.

This morning in my aerobics class, I broke a resistance band. Made me feel strong. And a little embarrassed.
I am struggling. I lost 35 pounds fairy quickly, but in the last few months, I've just been hovering around 232-235lb. I cannot get below 230! I don't feel as though I'm plateauing in my food/exercise, but I guess I am, according to the scale. Even this morning, I weighed myself and I had gained a pound since Wednesday. I'm just yo-yoing and I don't like it.

Tonight I went to the gym with the hubs. It was too late for me to do intervals (I was too tired), so I just walked at 4.0MPH at an incline for 30 minutes. Then I walked home too.
