I've been doing my classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings (just haven't been blogging about them), in case you were wondering...
Tonight I went to the gym and did intervals on the treadmill. Not my 1 minute switches, but 3 min walk @ 4.0MPH/1 min jog @ 6.0MPH. I was tired. It was late. It was all I could do. But I did 6.0 instead of the 5.3/5.4 I had been doing. I need to get back on the treadmill more often. Maybe that will help me get past this 230lb wall I just haven't been able to get over.

I'm sorry it seems like you're at a wall. That's not fun. Maybe it's time to try a Zumba class or something different. You know, shake it up? :D
