This morning in my aerobics class, I broke a resistance band. Made me feel strong. And a little embarrassed.
I am struggling. I lost 35 pounds fairy quickly, but in the last few months, I've just been hovering around 232-235lb. I cannot get below 230! I don't feel as though I'm plateauing in my food/exercise, but I guess I am, according to the scale. Even this morning, I weighed myself and I had gained a pound since Wednesday. I'm just yo-yoing and I don't like it.

I'm in the same boat. I can't seem to drop and it's driving me nuts. Have you used myfitnesspal? That's a great way to track things. Also, remember to mix things up. I know that's one of my problems so I've started swimming, breast stroke, to try and kick start. I seriously have no advise for you though, I'm in the same boat. Keep up the good work though, just think how much healthier you are, it will come... oh and DRINK WATER!!!
