I went to my dance class tonight, but I wasn't feeling it. I think most people get more energy when they work out, but that doesn't happen for me: if I go into a work out tired, I come out even more tired, and I'm tired all throughout the work out. It sucks. And that's how it was tonight. At least I was
moving the whole time. Better than sitting at home on the couch, but not my best work out. Sigh.
It is October 1st. I'm checking on you. I start another 10 week challenge in a couple weeks. Wish me luck. :)
