Ugh. I haven't posted my weight in a while. I'm ashamed because it's been creeping back up. Today it was 235.2 (+.8).
I've been going to my aerobics class, but the food has been killing me. Autumn is great for many reasons, but I've just wanted to bake and bake and bake. Not good. Well, the baking is fine, but then I end up eating most, if not all, of what I bake. :(
Anybody have some spare self-control to send my way?

Self Control SUCKS! I've learned I'm an all or nothing kind of girl. Really, I can't have just one. I'm doing the challenge again for that very reason. You can do it though, my advise though, take a baking break til after Thanksgiving. You'll be glad you did. ;)
