Couch to 5K Challenge-ish Work Out:
I did a 5 minute warm-up at 3.7MPH.
Then I alternated jogging (at 5.3MPH) and walking (at 3.5MPH) for
2 minutes (x3)
1 minute (x2)
and then walked the rest at 4.0MPH (because I kept getting side cramps when I jogged) for a total of 20 minutes.
Distance: 1.70 mi
Time: 25 minutes
