Such a great work out today!! I feel AMAZING!
I did a 5 minute warm-up at 3.7MPH.
Then I jogged (at 5.2MPH) for FOUR minutes
walked (at 3.7MPH)/jogged/walked for 3 minutes each
jogged/walked for 2 minutes each
jogged/walked for 1 minute each
and then walked 1 more minute at 4.0MPH for a total of 25 minutes.
Distance: 1.79 mi
Time: 25 minutes
