Yesterday I didn't do anything productive, at least not in the physical department. I didn't go to my aerobics class because I'm watching my friend's baby this week. But today, I did two workouts to make up for it. I did a section of the 30-Day Shred and then some free weights this morning. Then tonight I went to the gym and did interval training on the treadmill for 45 minutes!
It was a good day.

Way to knock it out. I got the new Jillian DVD, it's pretty good, well, I've only done the first of 4 workouts. They're still around 20 min, which I like. I might have to try the interval thing at the gym. :/
