I did a 5 minute warm-up at 3.5MPH.
Then I alternated jogging (at 5.3MPH) and walking (at 3.5MPH) for
3 minutes
2 minutes
1.5 minutes
2 minutes
1.5 minutes
for a total of 20 minutes.
Distance: 1.74 mi
Time: 25 minutes
