Couch to 5K Challenge Work Out:
I did a 5 minute warm-up at 3.5MPH.
Then I alternated jogging (at 5.2MPH) and walking (at 3.4MPH) for
1.5 minutes
3 minutes
1.5 minutes
2 minutes
1 minute
for a total of 20 minutes.

Distance: 1.70 mi
Time: 25 minutes
