We're going out of town tomorrow, so day 9 was today.
Day 9 of the Couch to 5K Challenge:
I did a 5 minute warm-up at 3.5MPH.
Then I alternated
Jogging for 1.5 minutes at 5.2MPH,
Walking for 1.5 minutes at 3.4MPH,
Jogging for 3 minutes at 5.2MPH,
Walking for 3 minutes at 3.4MPH
for a total of 20 minutes.
Distance: 1.74 mi
Time: 25 minutes
