This afternoon I did level 2 on the Shred DVD. It felt great!
Then this evening I went to the gym with hubby and did the treadmill:
5 min warm-up walk
4 min jog
3 min walk
3 min jog
2 min walk
2 min jog
1 min walk
1 min jog
*repeat 1 minute walk/jog*
2 min walk @ 4.0MPH for a total of 25 minutes.
*All walking @ 3.7MPH and all jogging @ 5.3MPH
25 minutes
1.83 miles (my longest distance!)
