Treadmill today:
5-min warm-up walk
5-min jog
4-min walk
3-min jog
2.5-min walk
1.5-min jog
1-min walk
1-min jog
2-min walk @ 4.0MPH
*I slowed down my efforts today -- all walking at 3.5MPH and all jogging at 5.2MPH
Then hubby told me he'd be another couple minutes, so I walked @ 4.0MPH for another 6 minutes
Distance: 2.15mi
Time: 31 minutes
