Tonight I did a treadmill workout:
5 min warm-up
5 min jog (longest I've ever done!)
4 min walk
3 min jog
2 min walk
2 min jog
2 min walk
1 min jog
1 min walk @ 4.0MPH
*All walking at 3.7MPH and all jogging at 5.3MPH
Distance: 1.83 mi
Time: 25 min
