Yesterday hubby and I went on a walk in a park. It was very nice and we walked about 3 miles.

Tonight, we went to the gym and I got back in to the Couch to 5K Challenge again. I started at W1D1 today:
5-min warm-up @ 3.7MPH
1.5-min jog
1.5-min walk
3-min jog
3-min walk
**Repeat**
Then I walked @ 4.0MPH for another 9 minutes while hubby finished his workout.
*Walk @ 3.7MPH and jog @ 5.3MPH

Distance: 2.25
Time: 32 minutes
