Day 2 of the Couch to 5K Challenge:
We walked to the gym, so my warm-up was only 1.5 minutes at 3.5MPH. Then I alternated jogging at 4.8/4.9MPH for 1 minute and walking at 3.3MPH for 1.5 minutes.
Distance: 1.38 mi
Time: 21.5 minutes
