Day 5 of the Couch to 5K Challenge:
I did a 3 minute warm-up at 3.5MPH.
Then I alternated
Jogging for 1.5 minutes at 5.2MPH and
Walking for 2 minutes at 3.3MPH
for a total of 20 minutes.
Distance: 1.54 mi
Time: 23 minutes
