Day 4 of the Couch to 5K Challenge:
I did a 5 minute warm-up at 3.5MPH. I alternated jogging at 5.0MPH for 1.5 minutes and walking at 3.3MPH for 1.5 minutes for a total of 20 minutes.
Distance: 1.62 mi
Time: 25 minutes
