Day 6 of the Couch to 5K Challenge:
I did a 5 minute warm-up at 3.5MPH.
Then I alternated
Jogging for 1.5 minutes at 5.3/5.4MPH and
Walking for 2 minutes at 3.4/3.5MPH
for a total of 20.5 minutes.

Distance: 1.74 mi
Time: 25.5 minutes
