Day 3 of the Couch to 5K Challenge:
I did a 5 minute warm-up at 3.5MPH. I alternated jogging at 5.0MPH for 1 minute and walking at 3.3MPH for 1.5 minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Then I had an 8-minute cool-down because Jed started late; I walked at 3.5MPH.
Distance: 2.1 mi
Time: 33 minutes

Thank you! I'm so excited to watch this awesome journey. You are going to rock it and get back to a healthy you! I have to say after I delivered Lauren it took me a long time to get back to where I was happy. There was one day that I was playing football with Cameron and I realized not only how much fun I was having, but that I could actually do it. There had been a time I wouldn't think of running around with my kids. I've gained some of that back and am working on it, but am thankful that I haven't hit that mark again. You will feel so much better on the inside and the out! Good job and keep up the awesome work!
ReplyDeleteWahoo! Way to go Ali! I started going on walks in the morning with my friend so that I can get healthy too. I still have to work my way back to jogging/running since it has been so long. We should keep each other going!
